1. Where is my parcel?
After placing an order, we generally need 1–2 business days to process it. Delivery then takes an additional 2–5 business days, assuming you placed your order before 5:00 pm. If this timeframe has passed, please contact us so we can check on your shipment’s status.
2. Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which may include a tracking number if applicable. Be sure to check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder if you cannot find the email. Note that it can take a few hours for the tracking link to become active.
3. How can I track my order?
With the tracking number you receive via email, you can follow your package on the chosen carrier’s website (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, etc.). Simply enter the tracking number in the designated field. If available, you can also check your order status directly on our website under “Track My Order.”
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options.
5. What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card or notice indicating how to rearrange delivery or where to collect your parcel (e.g., a local collection point).
6. Can I view the products before purchasing?
We do not have a physical store, but we strive to provide detailed product images and descriptions so you can have an accurate view of our items. Feel free to contact us if you need any additional information.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, ensuring a convenient and secure payment process.
8. Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your payment data is encrypted using a secure SSL connection and is processed by recognised PCI-DSS-compliant providers. We never store your banking details on our servers.
9. I’m not satisfied with my product. What can I do?
If you wish to return an item, please review our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day window from the date you receive your order.
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is generally issued within 10 days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account.

13. What are your business hours?

- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (GMT/BST)

14. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. For large orders (corporate, events, etc.), please contact our customer service for a personalised quote.
15. How do I use a promo code or gift voucher?
You can enter your promo code during checkout. The corresponding amount will be deducted automatically from your total.
